### Possible causes

* The Credential Sid does not exist, is expired or has been deleted.
* The credential Sid you attempted to use does not belong to this account.

### Possible solutions

* Check Credentials of your account to ensure that your public key has been created and has not been deleted.
* If you use subaccounts, ensure that your public key has also been created in the subaccount.
