## Description

Twilio failed to encrypt and securely store transcription results. The transcription files have been deleted and the resource has been marked as "failed"

### Possible causes

* Twilio failed to encrypt transcription results and all retries attempts were exhausted

### Possible solutions

* Set a public key that can be used to encrypt transcription results or disable encryption so future transcriptions can be successfully processed and stored
