## Description

The SIM was not able to attach to the specified Network because your SIM is `inactive`. A SIM must be in the `ready` or `active` states to access the Network.

* Your SIM is in the `inactive` state.

* Use the Twilio Console or REST API to activate your SIM by setting its `status` to `active`.
