A Flex component was not configured correctly.

### Possible causes

* You made changes to one of your Flex phone numbers
* You are trying to use a phone number with Flex but have not created a Flex Flow for that number
* You manually deleted a Chat Channel or Proxy Session
* You removed or changed the Chat Channel Sid setting in your Proxy Service
