# 64019: Pay: Required payment information incomplete

## Description

A 64019 Error is an indication that the pieces of payment information indicated as required were not captured.

### Possible causes

* Postal code and Security code were marked as required but not captured during the payment flow
* BankAccountNumber and BankRoutingNumber were not captured
* Credit Card Number and Expiration Date were not captured
* Status parameter value was set to "complete" before all payment information was captured

### Possible solutions

* Set Status parameter to "complete" only after all payment information is received via the Capture parameter
