## Description

The WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) provided is unable to use Twilio's credit line. Due to technical limitations within Meta's systems, once a payment method is added to a WABA it can only be revoked but never fully removed.

### Possible causes

* Using a WABA currently assigned to another payment method
* Using a WABA that has been used with another provider
* Temporary issues with Meta's credit line assignment service

### Possible solutions

* Create a new WABA to use with Twilio
* Wait a few minutes and retry the request
* Contact Twilio support if the issue persists
