### Possible solutions

* Add the correct WABA ID to every API request that uses this phone number.
* In your Meta Business Portfolio, locate the phone number and copy its WABA ID. Use this ID in all future requests.
* If you cannot determine the WABA ID, contact [Twilio Support](https://help.twilio.com).
