## Description

A media file required for a composition hasn't been found in storage.

### Possible causes

* The media file has been deleted in our permanent storage. This could be due to a lifecycle configuration that has deleted the file, and this state is not reflected in the metadata for that recording.

### Possible solutions

Please contact support to investigate the issue and

* determine why the media file was deleted
* to have the metadata for that recording reflect the current state
