## Description

The public key configured in your account's recording settings is not valid.

The media will not be uploaded until the configuration has been fixed.

### Possible causes

* If you have specified a public key to cryptographically protect raw media tracks, this is most likely due to the fact that the key value is not correct.

### Possible solutions

* In the recording settings section of your account's console, set a valid public key or disable the encryption (media will be uploaded in raw).
