## Description

The S3 bucket URL configured in your account's recording settings is not valid.

The media will not be uploaded until the configuration has been fixed.

### Possible causes

* If you have specified your own bucket, this is most likely due to the fact that the URL does not conform to an S3 URL.

### Possible solutions

* In the recording settings section of your account's console, set a valid S3 URL for uploading media or disable the external storage (media will be uploaded to the default bucket).
