# 53606: Internal failure when creating the recording resource

## Description

Raised when an error prevented us from creating an internal resource tracking the media recording.

The recording will not be accessible directly from Twilio until we remediate the situation but the media file has probably been stored safely to S3.

### Possible causes

* An internal error prevented us from creating a resource. We'll attempt again shortly.
