Raised whenever the Client is unable to acquire configuration information from the Server.

### Possible causes

* The device running your application lost its Internet connection.
* A server-side error has occurred.

### Possible solutions

* Ensure the device running your application has access to a stable internet connection. If the problem persists, try connecting to another region.
