## Description

Raised in the REST API when Status is not valid or the Room is not in-progress.

### Possible causes

* REST API call to Update Room instance with Status that is invalid or cannot be applied to the current Room state.

### Possible solutions

* Set Status to completed and only apply to a Room that is in-progress.
