* MessagingBinding.ProxyAddress parameter provided with the request contains an empty string.

### Possible solutions

* Add a non-empty MessagingBinding.ProxyAddress parameter to the API request and supply a valid participant proxy address matching your desired channel, e.g. SMS, MMS or WhatsApp.
