### Possible solutions

* Retrieve a list of the [existing keywords](/docs/conversations/api/conversation-scoped-webhook-resource#fetch-a-conversationscopedwebhook-resource) used as triggers and remove the ones that are redundant or obsolete.
* Consider creating a new scoped webhook with an alternative set of trigger keywords.
