## Description

The conference instruction issued as a result of the transfer can only be issued on a task which has a `conference_sid` in its attributes.

### Possible causes

* The Conference instruction was issued on the wrong Task.
* The Task attributes were modified and no longer contain the `conference_sid` property.

### Possible solutions

* Confirm the Conference instruction is issued on the correct voice Task.
* Ensure that the `conference_sid` is present in the Task's attributes.
