38000: Teams: Invalid To number

The outbound call to a Teams number fails because the destination number is invalid. The destination Teams number must be provisioned in the account placing the call.

• The destination Teams number might be provisioned in a different account.
• The number might not be in the ready state. The number might be in uploading or released.

• Verify the destination number is a Teams number provisioned in the account placing the call.
• Check the number's state in the connector configuration.
