## Description

The user-initiated WhatsApp call failed because no voice application (TwiML application) is configured on the WhatsApp Sender.

### Possible causes

Your WhatsApp Sender does not have a voice application configured.

### Possible solutions

Please configure a voice application on the WhatsApp Sender either in Console or using Twilio API. For more details, please refer to [Configure your sender for WhatsApp Business Calling](/docs/voice/whatsapp-business-calling#configure-your-sender-for-whatsapp-business-calling).
