### Possible causes

* You are at the limit of Broadcast requests for your account and cannot create any additional Broadcasts

### Possible solutions

* Wait for your existing Broadcasts to process before creating more Broadcasts
* If you have any Broadcasts with status PENDING\_UPLOAD, upload a file to those Broadcasts first to resume processing on them
