Message Scheduling is only accessible on Messaging Services. You need to pass a MessageServiceSid instead or along with a From Phone Number in order to schedule a message.

### Possible causes

A MessagingServiceSid was not provided as part of the MessagingServiceSid or From parameter.

### Possible solutions

Pass the MessagingServiceSid in either the MessagingServiceSid parameter or the From parameter.
