## Description

A 32655 Error indicates a connection to the configured Intelligence Service could not be established due to an internal error. While you will continue to receive real-time transcription events, no Language Operators will be executed, and the transcript will not be saved

### Possible causes

* Some internal error occurred while trying to establish connection with the configured Intelligence service
