## Description

A 32651 Error is an indication that the `<Transcription>` provider configuration was rejected by the Speech-to-Text provider.

### Possible causes

* Provider configuration contains invalid or unsupported properties

### Possible solutions

* Check any provider specific configuration referenced in TwiML
