A 32650 Error is an indication there is something wrong with the `<Transcription>` configuration.

* Configuration is missing required properties
* Configuration contains invalid properties

### Possible solutions

* Check the TranscriptionError message included in the webhook or the Debugger message in Console for further information and update your `<Transcription>` configuration
