A 32605 Error is an indication that the `<VirtualAgent>` TwiML contains an invalid or insecure URL in the statusCallback attribute when PCI mode is enabled on your account

### Possible causes

* `<VirtualAgent>` statusCallback attribute contains an invalid URL
* `<VirtualAgent>` statusCallback attribute does not specify scheme https

### Possible solutions

* Ensure that the `<VirtualAgent>` TwiML statusCallback attribute contains a valid URL format with scheme https
