## Description

A 32603 Error is an indication that `<VirtualAgent>` TwiML contains invalid or unsupported `<Config>` attributes

### Possible causes

* Some of the `<Config>` attribute(s) referenced in the `<VirtualAgent>` TwiML are not supported by the VirtualAgent provider.

### Possible solutions

* Ensure the correct `<VirtualAgent>` connector is being referenced
* Review the Debugger message in console and update or remove the offending attributes
