# 32601: Virtual Agent: Provider Error

## Description

A 32601 Error is an indication that the `<VirtualAgent>` connector configuration was rejected by the VirtualAgent provider.

### Possible causes

* Connector configuration contains invalid properties

### Possible solutions

* Check your `<VirtualAgent>` connector configuration
* Check any `<Config>` elements referenced in TwiML
