## Description

### Possible causes

* A SIP Call is made to a Twilio SIP Domain using SRTP, which it is not supported
* A termination Call is made to a Twilio SIP Trunk and the Twilio SIP Trunk is not configured to accept secure media (SRTP).

### Possible solutions

* Please use RTP.
* For Twilio Elastic SIP Trunking, if you wish to use SRTP kindly enable [Secure Trunking](/docs/sip-trunking#securetrunking).
