### Possible causes

PSTN Post-Dial Delay timer (60s) expired due to lack of response from multiple Carriers in route.

### Possible solutions

* Check the dialed Number to ensure it is currently reachable.
* If you believe the Number is currently reachable, please reach out to Twilio Support through the [Console](https://console.twilio.com) or [Help Center](https://support.twilio.com) and be sure to mention this Error code.
