### Possible causes

* Calls Per Second placed against a SIP trunk exceeded its set limit.

### Possible solutions

* You've exceeded the number of calls per second you are authorized to make on this SIP Trunk. Visit [Elastic SIP Trunks](/user/account/sip-trunking/trunks) and within a specific Trunk, under the `Termination` tab you may see your CPS limits.
