## Description

The WebSocket connection cannot be created because the server is unreachable.

### Possible causes

* Wrong IP address or DNS name
* IP address belongs to the private domain and it is non-routable
* Host is down or disconnected from router

### Possible solutions

* Validate the IP address or DNS names are valid and belongs to the public domain
* Validate the host is running and properly connected to the Internet
