# 30905: Campaign Review Pending by Twilio

## Description

Unable to attach the Messaging Service to the Campaign as the Campaign is still under review and has not been accepted by Twilio's DCA.

### Possible causes

* Messaging Service was attempted to be associated before receiving the CAMPAIGN\_SHARE\_ACCEPT webhook from TCR.

### Possible solutions

* Await the CAMPAIGN\_SHARE\_ACCEPT webhook from TCR before assigning the Messaging Service to the CampaignID.
* Note: Campaign will remain in a 'FAILED' state until the Messaging Service is successfully re-attached.
