## Description

The campaign submission has been reviewed and it was rejected because it is considered High Risk.

### Possible causes

The campaign cannot be approved because it is considered Fraud or Deceptive Marketing.

### Possible solutions

The rejected campaign is ineligible for resubmission. If you feel that this was in error, please contact Twilio Customer Support.
