## Description

This Messaging error indicates that the provider used may be experiencing disruptions that result in errors or request timeouts. The message fails and is not retried to avoid duplicate delivery.

### Possible causes

* The provider is experiencing a service disruption or a request timeout.

### Possible solutions

* Try sending the message again later.
* Use the Console Debugger in the Twilio Console to review message delivery errors before you resend.
