# 30038: OTP Message Body Filtered

## Description

Twilio detected an OTP in the inbound message body. Twilio redacts the passcode and marks the message failed to help prevent abuse of Twilio numbers.

### Possible causes

* The incoming message contains a one-time passcode or similar verification code.

### Possible solutions

* If you are using a Trial account and need to receive inbound OTP messages, upgrade your account.
* Use a different message template while you stay on Trial.
* Contact Support if you need additional help.
