## Description

The Regulatory Bundle cannot transfer the Item Assignments from the destination Bundle.

### Possible causes

The status is either not eligible as all Bundles need to be in a twilio-approved state or the destination Bundle is not a Copy of the source Bundle.

### Possible solutions

Ensure both Bundles are in the correct twilio-approved status and that the destination Bundle is a Copy of the source Bundle.
