21836: Port Order: Missing Account Number (for Wireless Numbers only) and/or Missing Last Four digits of Social Security Number (for Wireless Numbers only)

You didn't specify the account number associated with and/or the last four digits of social security number of the person who owns the porting telephone phone number. This is mandatory for Wireless numbers but optional for Landline and Toll Free numbers.
