## Description

There are more recipient addresses than allowed for a channel. For instance for SMS we allow only one recipient but for Group MMS we allow multiple recipients

### Possible causes

Too many recipients were provided in the request or channel selection is incorrect

### Possible solutions

Fix the list of recipients according a channel restrictions
