The individual's name on the Proof of Address document does not match the information entered in the Bundle.

### Possible causes

The name on the Proof of Address document does not match what's submitted in the first name / last name fields. Please ensure the document and field information match.

### Possible solutions

Please ensure the names match exactly and that all the individual's last names are provided. Please amend firstly the name in the Business & legal representative information / Individual information section of the bundle, and then in the Bundle fields under the uploaded supporting document.
