### Possible causes

Uploading a document with obscured or redacted information.

### Possible solutions

Re-upload the Supporting Document without any redactions or covered portions. For any ID document, make sure to provide a color copy of the ID document without any reductions. Make sure that all the edges of the ID document and MRZ data for passports are visible.
