# 13805: Trial account call duration exceeded 10 minute limit

## Description

This warning appears when a Voice call on a trial account reaches the 10-minute maximum. Trial calls are limited to 10 minutes for both inbound and outbound calls, and Twilio automatically disconnects calls that hit that limit and flags them with Warning 13805.

### Possible causes

* The call is running on a trial account, which applies the 10-minute call-duration limit.

### Possible solutions

* Upgrade the trial account to remove the trial-only call-duration limit.
