### Call concurrency limit exceeded

The call was rejected because you reached the maximum limit of concurrent calls available for your account.

### Possible causes

* Trial accounts and newly upgraded accounts without an approved Primary Customer Profile have limited concurrent calls.
* Your account has reached other Twilio defined concurrency limits.
